I papered the inside of the covers with vintage style paper. We stained the pages and then I will add to the pages as I go.

GUILD WORK SHOP
Saturday was our Guild work meeting. We spent the day making these sweet inspirational creative journals. The books were already stained for us and we had 6 choices of color. I chose red. The guild then provided a large assortment of add on's plus paper, stamps and stains. We had a great time and unfortunately I didn't bring my camera. However Gayle took pictures and I am sure they will be posted on our Guild blog www.utahrugandfiberguild.blogspot.com . I came home and found some items to add to my book and here are a few pictures. What a fun day and thanks to all who made it so. Our Guild is the best!
Made this flower from wool with linen for the backing.
Some of use staines the side of the pages to give a vintage feel to it.
